  • 1/2 cup sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Ice, to taste

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
